Lahsun (Allium sativum) bulbs are utilized in traditional medicine for joint pain due to their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. These properties are primarily attributed to sulfur-containing compounds like allicin and ajoene, which help modulate inflammatory responses.
Nirgundi (Vitex negundo) leaves are highly valued in Ayurveda for their potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic (pain-relieving), and muscle-relaxant properties.
Shallaki (Boswellia serrata), also known as Indian frankincense, contains active boswellic acids that block inflammatory enzymes (like 5-LOX).

Dosage & Directions for Use:
1 Tablets twice a day after meals or as advised by Vaidya
